My husband and I grew up on the Hungarian countryside surrounded by animals, and our dogs played always a huge role in our life, we spent all our free time with them. So once we got married and had our own home, we decided to have our own dog, this is how Bo, our beautiful Old German Shepherd came into our life. 

We quickly realised it is really hard to find a good home with a huge garden and tranquility for medium/larger breeds while we are traveling so we know the struggle is real - that's why we decided to open up our home for other dogs whose family is traveling. If you are visiting your family abroad, work abroad or just want to take some time off, your dog will also go on a vacation! We have a large, secure and secluded garden (300sqm) with dog agility track and we live right next to a huge park with lakes, channels, dog playground and "loosloopgebied". 

Bo is used to live with other dogs, we hosted several of our friends' dogs, at time even for a month length and when Bo was away, he always stayed with other dogs. Bo is super playful and dog-focused and he was trained by a well-known special forces dog trainer (even though Bo is not a service dog, only our sweet boy). 

Of course we have lots of toys and brain games for Bo and your furry baby, and extra leash and led collars for safe walks and a comfy memory foam bed in the house if they get tired of playing. We are also avid hikers and we will take your doggo for long walks, also to the beach and we will be visiting other dog-friendly locations in The Netherlands. 

We both work from home all the time (we are in managerial positions in the HR/procurement field) with a very flexible schedule so the dogs are never unsupervised for a longer period of time and we aim for at least one longer 1-2 hours long walk per day (during the day, morning, lunch break or afternoon) and another shorter (25-45min) walk if the weather permits. We also play regularly in the garden, and we practice commands with our dog on a daily basis.

Bo is neutered and fully vaccinated to the EU standards, and he prefers female dogs around him, he doesn't get along with not neutered (intact) male dogs.
