Hey, I am Ghenwa, a freelance consultant in design and animation. I have been in the Netherlands for the past four years. I currently live at a Broedplaats for artists. I happily share a huge space with 9 other flatmates.

As I work from home, and I miss taking care of cats and dogs, I decided to become a pet-sitter. Having their warm energy around would help go through long hours of work behind the screen. I also love to share back the love by taking care of the pets, by petting them, having playtime, when thy need it. Also, going for walks with dogs is definetly a good alibi to have breaks.

Back home we used to take care of stray cats. some of them became close to the family and would spend hours taking shelter in our apartment. At some point we also had a Loulou dog which I adored. Throughout the time, I have lived in houses where pets were around and I used to help take care of them as well. Having had this experience, I thought it would be nice to keep it and to start cat and dog sitting/walking here in Amsterdam.

I would be available for house visits but also for house sitting to feed, clean litter boxes of the cats. I would help take care of the house as well if the stay is longer than few days. I would make sure to treat the house as my own, and take care of small tasks to ensure security.
